Dans un bulletin d'information récent, des régulateurs fédéraux des É.-U. préviennent que d'inverser la direction des oléoducs et des gazoducs, ou changer le produit qu'ils transportent pourraient avoir des impacts majeurs sur leur sécurité et leur intégrité.

"In a recent advisory, federal regulators are warning that reversing the flow of oil and gas pipelines or changing the product they carry could have a major impact on a line’s safety and integrity."
